We are thrilled to announce that the biannual NORDROCS Conference will take place in Helsinki, Finland, in September 2026. Join us in this vibrant Nordic capital for four days of inspiring discussions, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration focused on sustainable remediation and environmental protection.

This year’s programme will place special emphasis on some of the most pressing topics in the field: PFAS compounds and the challenges they present, tightening legislation and its implications for remediation practices, the new Soil Monitoring Law, and the future digital opportunities for soil and groundwater management. Together, these themes will shape a forward-looking programme that combines scientific insight, practical experience, and regulatory perspectives.

The event is open and inclusive to all who are interested in sustainable solutions in remediation, and we warmly welcome participants from diverse backgrounds and sectors.

NORDROCS is a joint conference organized by Nätverket Renare Mark Sweden, MUTKU Finland, ATV Jord og Grunnvann Denmark, Miljøringen Norway and Fumis Iceland. The conference aims to share knowledge and foster new relationships between professionals working with contaminated sites across the Nordic countries and Europe. It brings together researchers, consultants, contractors, laboratories, as well as representatives from governmental organizations and regulatory authorities.
